We’ve hosted Pilates parties, bachelorettes, and birthday events — they’ve been so special. Here’s the format most people book, plus a few details to keep in mind.
A fun hour with an instructor, plus time to decorate and celebrate. About 2 hours of studio time.

That’s our most popular format. We’re happy to create a custom package if you have something else in mind.

Last class of the day, or a morning slot — so it doesn’t interrupt the regular schedule.
After you inquire, we’ll check that the date is available and email you about reserving it. The date is held once the deposit is in. The rest is due the day before the event.

Remaining balance if the package is $550 with no add-ons. Styling or extra time is added here if you booked it.
Example: Reformer package + styling is $700 total — $200 to reserve, $500 the day before.
We can decorate in your color or theme — or you’re welcome to bring your own décor and set it up in the 30 minutes before class.

To respect our instructors and daily schedule, extra time is $50 for every 30 minutes beyond the agreed time — including late arrivals.
Stay in your room
If other classes are running at the same time, the event stays in the room you booked. If nothing else is happening in parallel, you’re welcome to use the lobby too.
We’re open Sunday morning through Friday afternoon.
