Return & Refund Policy
What this policy covers
The rules below apply to retail merchandise bought from AMARÉ (for example grip socks and other physical products sold in studio or through our online store), when those products are eligible for return as described in this page.
Class packages, memberships, class credits, and other service purchases (for example packs and memberships purchased for classes) are not covered by this product return policy. Those fees are generally non-refundable and non-cancellable once purchased, subject to the studio’s and Mindbody’s terms. For questions about a class package or membership, contact the studio or check your Mindbody account.
Retail products (merchandise)
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
For hygiene reasons, worn socks cannot be returned.
Once we receive your returned item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
