This policy applies to retail merchandise orders (for example grip socks and other physical products) that we ship to you. Class packages, memberships, and studio services are not covered here.

Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on the destination.
Shipping rates
- Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping.
- Orders under $50 are shipped at a flat rate of $6.99.
